For certified divers who would like to see endemic cichlids and discover the underwater world from different places on Lake Tanganyika, we can tailor-make dive safaris for up to 8 x divers. Discover a whole new world with amazing rock formations and an abundance of different cichlids which can only be found in Lake Tanganyika. Start your trip here at Lake Shore Lodge, get prepared and then head out on the lake. We will show you mind-blowing beaches and top notch diving spots.

Our traditionell Dhow boat is equipped with a dive compressor, power for charging cameras and other equipment, a small galley, toilet, seating and chillax areas & loads of space for packing. We have Scuba Dive equipment for up to eight divers. Our equipment is from Scubapro and is manufactured in Italy. It includes:

  • Scubapro Premier Mask & Snorkel

  • Scubapro T-One Buoyancy Control Device

  • Scubapra MK2 Regulator

  • Weight Belt

  • Wetsuits

  • Cylinders - 10 kilogram / 232 bar with a capacity of 1.7 cubic metres.
